Is Blenheim a good place to live in New Zealand?

It is definitely one of the most sunniest locations in New Zealand. It's a region well known for its wineries and is located about 30 minutes from Piction. From Piction you can take the inter-island ferry to Wellington (North Island). It isn't located along the coast but it definitely is a hot spot for people looking to retire. As well as the wine industry, it is also big fruit growing area.
